The Retail Operations Support role will be responsible for mentoring the Community Bank Retail staff on operational excellence as it relates to new account deposit operations and teller operations. The primary focus will be to perform Retail Community Bank audits ensuring operational processes and procedures are being upheld and giving on going support to each retail team
