As a Laboratory Quality Analyst, you will ensure production process control, product quality, and administrative tasks within our Ecoat Lab. You will help maintain laboratory operations and supporting our manufacturing processes. Reporting directly to the Ecoat Operations Manager in the Industrial Segment you will conduct testing of raw materials to ensure specifications are met before receipt. Working on site at our Delaware, Ohio facility you will test in-process and finished goods samples using designated specifications and methods.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Follow SOPs and testing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing.
Perform testing of samples and report results promptly.
Communicate any out-of-specification raw materials or finished goods to production.
Ensure functioning and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Support process and procedural changes by collaborating with technical and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field is required.
2 years of related laboratory experience.
Proficiency in chemistry principles, algebra, and statistics.
Willingness to work rotating shifts (8-hour shifts or 12-hour shift rotation) including weekends and overtime.
