As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and structural elements of our property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualified candidates must have Strong initiative and ability to work independently; Proficiency in preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and routine inspections; Understanding of safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment; Ability to diagnose problems and make appropriate decisions; Knowledge of electrical systems, fire protection systems, and emergency procedures; Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
