Perform all assigned tasks necessary to manufacture products per drawings, customer specifications, and other forms of instruction by following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure that production is as efficient and safe as possible.

• Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames, bridge parts, and pressure vessels, using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements.
• Prep, fabricate and finish components.
• Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler.
• Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material and work instructions.
• Work every scheduled workday including weekends and overtime as required.
• Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
