Education and/or Experience:
- Be able to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to keep confidentiality.
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read and write the English language with proficiency sufficient to communicate with co-workers and visitors. Understand and adhere to verbal and written company policies.
- Proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office products, preferred.
- Polite, positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
- The ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
